Happy September everyone! Can you believe that fall is sweeping in already!? This summer flew by, and I feel like I spent most of it in a cruise control kind of state. I didn’t really take any time off, and worked non-stop to launch the site, and at my other job. FYI, this is not me complaining – in fact, I could not be happier with everything that’s happened these last few months. All I’m saying is that I, for one, am going to welcome fall with open arms, and take time to slow it down.

Running errands, picking apples, meeting a friend for coffee…fall days can be filled with so much, and with those fluctuating fall temps you’re going to need layers. Sweater weather is here! Yippee! While yes, on some of those cozier fall days it’s understood that getting fully dressed is probably not going to happen, but have no fear, oversized sweaters are here! And lucky for you, I’ve already done the legwork to find some good’ers. Check out the top 10 sweaters I’ve had my eye on as of late that will have you covered for the upcoming crisp days.

1 – 100% cashmere, aka 100% chance it’s going to be near impossible to get me out of this Kit and Ace sweater!

2 – It’s so easy to rock the choker trend with this cozy knit – it’s built right into the sweater!

3 – Aritzia knows how to do sweaters. The relaxed fit of this Wilfred sweater looks so cozy, I think I would just hug myself all day!

4 – Off-the-shoulder tops and dresses were unquestionably summer’s biggest trend, and even as temperatures cool, we’re still seeing this style continue. The laid back style and oversize fit of this H&M sweater screams comfort, but will still look chic.

5 – The chevron stitch on this Wilfred Free sweater is a unique, but subtle detail that draws the eyes in, and also my heart.

6 – The ballet look is a major trend for fall. Incorporate this wrap sweater into your fall wardrobe for a look that’s en pointe (see what I did there, wink wink nudge nudge).

7 – The boucle yarn on this Wilfred sweater looks so fuzzy and soft, and the body hugging style would make this the perfect layering piece.

8 – Who doesn’t love a classic crew neck sweatshirt!? It’s the perfect topper to keep tied around your waist on those warmer days, and then throw it on when the nights get crisp.

9 – The lace up trend is still going strong, but the ribbon-like lacing on this H&M sweater gives it a softer vibe.

10 – The list would not be complete without one of Acne Studio’s luxurious knits. Any of them would be a dream, but the roll neck, ribbed detailing, and oversized silhouette just get me.

Until next time,

Courtney
