I’ve always had a lot of hair. When I was young, the women at Great Clips used to marvel, “My goodness, where is it all coming from!?” I’ve been apologizing to hair stylists for years for requiring more time and more foils than they initially thought were necessary. And sure…I may get headaches sometimes because my mane is literally weighing me down, and absolutely…I feel naked and slightly uncomfortable the second it’s off my face, but hey, everyone has their own hair woes, and overall, my hair has been good to me.

Now don’t get me wrong, I put in work to get my locks looking the way they do, and it didn’t happen without several burnt fingers and ears, not to mention some unfortunate mishaps with products (the higher the hair, the closer to heaven right?). Joking aside, I take pride in the fact that I’ve got my go-to style locked down, and since I get asked quite frequently what products and tools I use to curl my hair, I thought why not just show you!? If you’re curious, check out the tutorial below, and if you are just one of those blessed babes who can air dry her hair and legitimately be good to go, then damn lucky you.

PS – I can’t find the exact curling rod I use, but I’ve linked some similar ones down below for you!

I hope this is helpful for those of you who have asked me how I curl my hair & let me know if you have any questions!

Until next time,

Courtney
